The rig went over the guard rail into the Tensaw River about 5:50 p.m. Thursday after an equipment malfunction, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. We’re told the truck driver, 57-year-old Christopher K. Horn of Bowie, Md., was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. ALDOT tweeted: “This will require a lane closure on NB I-65 for an extended period.
