The homes will be Sefton Council's first new council houses for 18 years
A new £12m housing development which will see 63 homes, including a number of council houses, built in a Merseyside borough has been launched.

Sandway says that each home will include an electric vehicle charging point, as well as high-efficiency boilers, heating systems and energy-efficient designs.
