fatal shooting that occurred on New Year’s DayMiguel Sereno was booked into Dallas County Jail Thursday morning on one count of murder. His bail was set to $250,000. He was released Tuesday morning to Dallas County pre-trial services, a department spokesperson confirmed.According to initial reports, officers responded to the shooting about 12:40 a.m. Sunday in the 4500 block of Mar Vista Trail in West Oak Cliff.
Dylan Reeves, 36, was found shot and lying in a driveway, police said. First responders took the Reeves to a hospital where he died, police said.
