Jesse Fulce, 17, and Nathan Oviedo, 20, were booked into the Grand Prairie Detention Center on a capital murder charge each for the slaying of Demarcus Harrell Jr. About 4:15 a.m. Monday, officers responded to the 2000 block of Aggie Drive, near Watson Street, where they found Harrell with an apparent gunshot wound.Police said the three men knew each other, and were “engaged in possible high-risk activity” when a “disturbance between the three occurred” and escalated into a shooting.
