A 37-year-old man was speeding when he crashed into a tree in Adams County Wednesday afternoon, killing himself and two children in the car with him, Pennsylvania State Police said. State police said Christopher Heflin, 37, of York, and two children who have not been publicly identified were in a Jeep headed east around 12:20 p.m. on the 1800 block of Pine Run Road, Hamilton Township.
