UPDATE 2 people have been detained in connection to SLC shooting; nearby schools removed from Secure Alert
The shooting occurred at a home near 1600 West 500 South in the Poplar Grove area and responders first received reports just after noon.
No further information was released by police about the victim's name, gender or relation to the home as family is notified of the death.
