It’s the first time that new ordering will be available in a number of months. The last time order banks reopened at all was only for existing reservations and order holders.
Ford has struggled to keep up with demand for the Bronco. Constraints caused by the pandemic were only made worse by the chip shortage over the last few years. Thousands of Broncos have sat idle for weeks while Ford worked to source important parts to finish them. In other cases, shipping and delivery constraints slowed the rate at which buyers could get their Bronco.
