, the company announced plans for an all-new plug-in hybrid variant known as the RX 450h+. The automaker is now revealing more about it as the model will arrive in the United States late this year and start at $70,080 .
That’s a hefty premium over the 2023 RX 350h Luxury, which begins at $58,750. However, the RX 450h+ features athat consists of a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, two electric motors, and a lithium-ion battery pack. This setup enables the all-wheel drive crossover to produce a combined output of 304 hp and accelerate from 0-60 mph in approximately 6.2 seconds. If drivers keep their foot planted, they’ll eventually top out at 124 mph .has an estimated electric-only range of 35 miles .
If the standard systems aren’t enough, you can opt for Traffic Jam Assist and Advanced Park with a Remote Park function. Customers can also get an optional 21-speaker Mark Levinson premium audio system.
