Police have seized around £240,000 in cash following searches in Belfast and Sprucefield over the past two days.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of criminal property and was released on bail pending further enquiries. “Detectives also carried out searches of a number of vehicles and properties in the Sprucefield and Belfast areas yesterday, Tuesday 23rd April, and seized approximately £40,000 in cash.“He has since been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries.”
