The fireworks will go off after the Giants game on July 3 and the Matt Stell concert on July 4.
9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. July 4, Martinez. Start the Fourth of July in Martinez with a flag-raising ceremony at the Veterans Memorial Building. Then paint Main Street red, white, and blue as more than 40 spirited entries march down the heart of downtown with a dazzling display of community pride and celebration. Finally, stick around for a fabulous fireworks show starting at 9 p.m. at the Martinez Marina. Free admission.
10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Fireworks Show, July 4, Petaluma. Enjoy a Fourth of July festival in Lucchesi Park featuring a farmers market, a bike parade, kids activities, live music, food and drinks vendors, a dog costume contest and a nighttime fireworks show. The fireworks will be launched to high elevation from the Sonoma Marin Fairgrounds and will be visible from parks and neighborhoods all over town. Free admission.
10 a.m. to 10 p.m. July 4, Historic Sonoma Plaza, Sonoma. The Fourth of July in Sonoma kicks off with a 60-entry parade winding its way around the town’s historic plaza. After the parade, enjoy an old-fashioned festival with food, drinks and game booths by Sonoma’s nonprofit organizations. At dusk, all eyes shift to the skies above General Vallejo’s field for the spectacular fireworks finale. Free admission.
Starting at 3 p.m. July 4, American Canyon. The 2024 festivities will include a parade on Elliot Drive and a festival at Community Park II featuring music, food, fun activities and a fireworks show at dusk. Free admission.
