3 face capital murder charges after fatal shooting at Kennedale car wash
on charges of capital murder, aggravated assault and engaging in organized crime. Police said Tuesday that they “have been cleared of any charges at this time.” It is unclear if they have attorneys.
Jail records show Nicolas and Kristopher Luebano were arrested Dec. 8 and 16, respectively; it’s unclear how they are related. Kennedale police said they were notified of Bear’s arrest Dec. 31 after he was apprehended in Allen. All three remained jailed Tuesday. Bail for Bear, who is in custody at the Collin County jail and also faces a count of engaging in organized crime, is set at $1.75 million. Kristopher Luebano, who faces a charge of aggravated robbery out of Dallas County, is being held in the Tarrant County jail in lieu of $2.55 million. Nicolas Luebano is also in the Tarrant County jail, with bail set at $1.1 million.
