Davis Harsin, son of former Auburn head football coach Bryan Harsin, has committed to Idaho State.

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Harsin split time at quarterback for Keith Etheredge at Auburn High a year ago, helping the Tigers to the Class 7A championship game. Following the season, the family moved back to Idaho following Bryan Harsin’s ouster at Auburn University., will play his senior year at Eagle High.
“I texted him today, and he texted back,” Etheredge said. “Great kid. He’ll do great at Idaho State. It’s close to his house. I think he’ll do well there. I’m super excited for him. I know his dad is proud of him, and I sure hated to lose him. I think he’ll have a fantastic senior year.
