The 4- and 6-year-old were seriously injured in the Aug. 11 shooting in Swatara Township, police said.
Kani Little, 25, of Swatara Township; Brianna Smith, 24, of Middletown; and Michael Roberts, 28, of Harrisburg, were each charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, robbery, and a slew of related offenses, Swatara Township police announced Wednesday.
Shots were fired around 11:50 p.m. at a home on the 4900 block of Cumberland Street, police said. The children were seriously injured when bullets were fired into their home, according to the police. They were taken to Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center for treatment, but their condition as of Wednesday is unknown.
At the time, authorities described the incident as a targeted attack, and the two children were not the intended targets. Police said they also charged Fritz Volcy, 24, of Swatara Township, with drug and theft offenses. Mardoche Petit-Phare, 26, of Brooklyn, New York, is facing firearms and drug charges.
, 24, was charged at the beginning of September with attempted homicide in the double shooting, police said. He’s being held at Dauphin County Prison without bail while he awaits his preliminary hearing..
