There is heavy police activity on 2800 block of Acacia Terrace while Buffalo Grove police investigate an incident.
Police were called to the home in the 2800 block of Acacia Terrace for a wellbeing check on a woman, according to police. When officers arrived, they were unable to make contact with anyone inside and forced their way into it.
The five people were found dead. Police said a preliminary investigation indicated it was due to a domestic-related incident and there is no threat to the public.Police said the names of the individuals is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
