The dive team rescued all six adults from the water.
The Chicago Fire Department said rescue teams responded to a boat in distress on the lakefront near Olive Park.Five of the adults are in serious condition and the sixth person is in critical condition.
CFD said the response has been turned over to the Chicago Police Department for recovery. It is not clear how many people were on the boat.
