Jet2 will fly from Liverpool John Lennon Airport to Gran Canaria
The airline and holiday company will begin operating from the Speke-based airport next summer, with more than 20 destinations across six countries on offer. Many of the destinations are exclusive to Jet2, as people cannot currently fly there from Liverpool.
The Times' travel guide says: "Known as the continent in miniature, Gran Canaria enjoys a year-round temperate climate that’s ideal for both summer breaks and winter sun.
