9 Wheel of Time book stories won't be adapted.

Robert Jordan's book series is immense, so it's not surprising that a lot of stories from the novels are being pushed aside for the television adaptation.
8 Mat Blowing The Horn Of Valere One massive change to the books is that Mat appears extremely unlikely to blow the Horn of Valere. In the books, Mat participates in the hunt for the Horn and eventually ends up in possession of it during the battle with the Seanchan at Falme. He blows the Horn, saving the day and tying the Horn to him until his death.
Though Aginor is killed at the Eye of the World, he is reincarnated by the Dark One as Osan'gar. After being reincarnated, Osan'gar disguises himself as a farmer and joins Rand's society of male channelers known as the Ashaman. Osan'gar makes an attempt on Rand's life before shedding his cover, though it fails, and he is eventually killed off for good. This storyline is highly unlikely to appear in the show after Aginor was left out of The Wheel of Time season 1.
