Laura did not hold back with Sheila and Jean
A Place in the Sun's Laura Hamilton delivered a warning to her buyers just minutes into Friday's episode.
Laura was in Spain's Mijas Costa where she was helping sisters Sheila and Jean find their ideal holiday home. They were looking for somewhere they could enjoy with family and friends. For their £120,000 budget the two wanted a two-bedroom apartment with a communal pool. They also said they didn't want to be far from the sea.Given the area they were looking in, Laura was concerned over the amount they were willing to spend. Laura had previously told viewers there is "currently a property shortage in the area" and that prices have risen by 9% in the last year.
She warned the sisters: "I have to be honest with you straight from the off. A budget of 120, even 140 [thousand pounds] with what you want, around the areas that you're looking, is a challenge. It really is.A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 4pm on Channel 4 and All 4Win a top-of-the-range Shark vacuum cleaner worth £449.99
