Homes Under the Hammer presenter Lucy Alexander has announced that she will be joining A Place in the Sun as a permanent presenter following a shake-up at the show
Lucy Alexander will be joining the A Place in the Sun presenting team. The property expert, 53, is best known for Homes Under the Hammer but will soon be jetting off to some sunny locations thanks to her new gig.
She told The Sun: "I've got quite a few episodes coming up with them this year, I am definitely a part of the family which has been lovely!" "I'm travelling about once a month at the moment for A Place in the Sun which is fantastic and I'm really, really enjoying it!" However, they soon discovered that their new Spanish home was not what it seemed after they applied to add a swimming pool to the stunning property. Upon filing the request, they discovered that the home was actually located on "industrial" land, meaning that they would be unable to add the pool or any other amenity on the land.
