Is there any hope for Chidi and Eleanor's relationship after having his memory wiped clean last season? The only thing I can tease out for you is that the core of who he is is the same. It's just a certain hunk of memories that have been wiped away from him, but there's something there that exists between Chidi and Eleanor. There's something in their universe that keeps drawing them together. I think that's something that's been woven into the show, something that's very specific to that relationship and it's something that the show continues to acknowledge.
