Adele Roberts takes marathon medal to cancer scan a day after setting record at race
Adele Roberts paid tribute to her radiographers as she attended a scan the day after running the London Marathon – and took her medal along too.
Sharing snaps of herself putting the medal on one of the medical workers, Adele penned a length caption, which began: "Medical Medal Monday [medal emoji]. She continued: "I also wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who’s supported, donated and inspired me to keep going. "I’m so grateful everyday I wake up and I just try and do my best each day… and when I do have those dark moments I remember how lucky I am to be here… and my girl @kateholderness is ALWAYS there to lift me up. I can’t lose when I’ve got you Kate.
