INDIANAPOLIS — For a second straight quarter, AES Indiana has filed to save customers money on their energy bill.
If approved by the IURC, these savings would be noticed on June, July and August bills for customers. “We understand volatile market conditions including the price of fuel have had a significant impact on our customers in the last year,” said Brandi Davis-Handy, Chief Customer Officer, AES Indiana. “If approved, our summer fuel charge will leave our rates the lowest they’ve been in the past two years – offering much needed relief for our customers.
The Marion County Energy Assistance Program application process is currently open for low-income households to maintain utility services during the winter heating season. This 2022-2023 program will include assistance with electric, heating, and water .
