Founded in 2008, the small-batch coffee roaster moved into a cottage in Gilbert's Heritage District in 2009. The space quickly became a popular community gathering place. ‘‘It’s been our honor to be here and to serve you,’’ Linda said. ‘‘Better than the business we’ve had is the relationships we’ve built over the last 14 years, so we thank you for that.’’
The good news for fans of Bergies is that they will continue to sell coffee at the Gilbert farmers market on Saturdays, online and wholesale.
