Dave Franco sings and dances as his TheAfterparty pop star character Xavier in a hilarious official music video for the ironically-titled track, 'Imma Live Forever.'
The Afterparty released a new music video featuring Dave Franco's pop star character, Xavier. The murder mystery/comedy, created and directed by Christopher Miller and produced by Phil Lord, whose credits include The Lego Movie as well as 2012's 21 Jump Street and its sequel, premiered on Apple TV+ on January 28. The series is centered around a high school reunion after party, where Franco's famous musician is found dead.
Now, The Afterparty put out its first Xavier music video on Vevo, highlighting Dave Franco at his weirdest. The video for the single,"Imma Live Forever," emphasizes in the beginning that it was written, directed, produced, and performed by Xavier, and retrospectively pokes fun at the character's death, taking place at his own funeral and having him sing"I could never R.I.P.
