Stage 3 restrictions mean that Alamo Heights residents can use automatic or manual irrigation systems only once every other week between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. The week of June 20 is a watering week while the following is a non-watering week. The last number of a person’s address dictates what day of the week they can water:Thursday: 6 or 7Drip irrigation, soaker hoses and buckets that hold fewer than 5 gallons can be used any day of the week between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m.
