Navalny, 47, died on Friday in what is likely to be seen as a political assassination by the Kremlin. In a 2022 documentary ‘Navalny’, the opposition leader revealed what it mean in case he was ever found dead. He said: ‘If they decide to kill me, we are incredibly strong.
He had been sentenced to 19 years behind bars in August after being found guilty of creating an extremist community, financing extremist activities and many other crimes.
