Alison confessed: "I'll be honest with you, I hardly did anything... I said, 'Listen Aljaz, this is how it's going to work, I'll do 10-3 cos I've got to pick my son up from school.' Teaming up with co-host Dermot O’Leary for a ballet lesson with the Silver Swans, a group known for offering dance classes to seniors, Alison took a tumble while attempting a low demi-plié.
