The next debate's all-female panel is a good reminder for women to continue doing these 3 things:

The moderators are Rachel Maddow, host of, also on MSNBC, and NBC News’ chief foreign affairs correspondent; Ashley Parker, a White House reporter for theon evening news broadcasts of major networks, it is about time more female journalists are in the spotlight.
It is okay to state the obvious. Addressing the elephant in the room can be a way to tell your audience, “Get over it. Let’s move on.”
