A £50m project to construct nearly 300 new homes in the Baltic Triangle has been completed. Liverpool property developer Nexus Residential is behind the One Baltic Square apartment scheme, found on the junction of Grafton Street and Hill Street . Construction has finished on the project, which includes 296 apartments and a number of commercial units. The residential units have completely sold out.
The scheme was promoted by agent RW Invest, who pre-sold all the new homes , and was delivered with a £19.5m funding injection from London-based Maslow Capital. Michael Gledhill, Nexus Residential's CEO, said: “One Baltic Square is our standout residential development in Liverpool and will bring much needed high quality homes to an increasingly popular part of the city.
