I’ve been using hand-me-down pots and pans all my life — it’s about time I treated myself

As an indecisive woman, the hardest part was choosing a color. Six are currently available, including “blue salt” and “sage,” while four others are sold out.Our Place offers a 30-day trial where you can get a full refund if you’re not pleased with the purchase. The product description says the Always Pan can boil food. I was immediately sold, having never heard of such a thing.

I attempted to make a one-pan pasta dish, and it was a great success. The pasta and vegetables were all cooked to perfection within about 10 minutes, just by adding tomato sauce and a cup of water . It’s also impressive how deep this pan is. I boiled an entire bag of pasta and vegetables at the same time — that says a lot.Your eggs will never stick to the pan ever again. I’ve made eggs various ways with only a spritz of cooking spray, and not once have they turned into a mess.Anyone who has burned vegetables — guilty — will find those days are over. With just a drop of olive oil, my onions come out perfectly translucent, and my broccoli is no longer charred.

One big con, though, is it’s heavy and not oven-safe, which I’m not a fan of. But, the many pros still outweigh the cons for me.“If you’re the type who cooks at home often but not a ton of terribly complicated meals and sticks to, let’s say, lots of scrambled eggs, stir-fries, pan-seared chicken and steamed or sautéed veggies, then this is a solid pan to own and it will likely be flying in and out of the cupboard regularly.
