Amad produced another eye-catching display for Manchester United in their 3-2 win over Real Betis at the Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego, a year on from Rio Ferdinand's high praise
Amad looks set to become a star player for Manchester United this season after his latest display against Real Betis.
"He is an interesting one. He has got talent there is no doubting that. You can see the talent he has got but you can see he wasn’t robust enough at the time,” Ferdinand told Vibe with Five. “But that loan at Sunderland, he left that place a hero, an absolute god. He plays on the right-hand side too, a problem position for us.
"I want to step up this season because I'm so motivated," Amad said following the win over Real Betis. "I'm excited and I can't wait to start the season.
