Amanda Holden has opened up about the terrifying moment her daughter Lexi was rushed to hospital after contracting E.coli, leaving the Britain's Got Talent judge fearing for her life
The Britain's Got Talent judge shared that her daughter spent five days in the hospital due to severe stomach cramps and bloating, which Amanda initially attributed to exam stress.
Amanda shared that Lexi became sick before the E. Coli outbreak was widely reported, noting: "No-one could work out where it had come from and, by this time, she was on her third set of tests." Lexi was taken to Northwick Park Hospital in London, known for its expertise in tropical diseases and bacterial infections, with Amanda and her husband Chris staying by her bedside.
