American Horror Story's Emma Roberts lands next lead movie role
Laurel is left without any friends, while also bumping into the miserable ex the whole town adores and experiencing the constant mockery of everyone who witnessed her public meltdown. She then goes on a funny and heartfelt journey to discover self-love and true connections with others.
Locke O’Brien released a statement expressing her excitement at the project, which is due to begin shooting in early 2024, saying: “is a sharp, witty script that stood out to me as a fresh story of a woman finding her place in a world ruled by social media and outsized expectations. I am so eager to bring this to life with Emma as the perfect Laurel.”.
