If there’s one type of Disney+ announcement we’re always happy to see, it’s a brand new special featuring The Muppets, and this morning’s new trailer represents a bonanza unlike anything we’ve seen in recent memory. The first footage of, which you can see below, gives us a look at not just a special but an entire musical comedy series featuring the iconic house band of the Muppet troupe, Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem.
This being a Muppets production, though, it’s safe to say that rambunctious musical numbers will be a big selling point, and we’re certain to get plenty of new, original tunes from Dr. Teeth and company. There’s also the typical laundry list of celebrity cameos, especially from the world of music, as the trailer below reveals glimpses of the likes of Weird Al Yankovic, Lil Nas X, Chris Stapleton and many more Hollywood stars.
