Johnny Madden, 27, was sentenced to five years in federal prison.
OAKLAND — An Antioch man was sentenced to five years in federal prison for possessing a loaded pistol while he had an active warrant for violating his parole, court records show.
Johnny Madden, 27, was sentenced in late May by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey White, according to court records. He pleaded guilty in February to being a felon in possession of a firearm. The charge stemmed from a July 2020 arrest when Antioch police pulled Madden over in a Lexus SUV. He gave them the fake name “Gregory Buckskin” but they figured out his real identity and found a .45 caliber pistol in his possession, according to prosecutors.
