Antiques Roadshow expert Theo Burrell has been rushed to hospital as she continues to battle an incurable brain tumour, with the 36 year old sharing her fears over critical scan results

BBC Antiques Roadshow's Theo Burrell is back in hospital amidst her struggle with an incurable brain tumour. The adored antiques pundit shared an update with fans concerning worrying scan results, after being re-admitted to the hospital on Wednesday.

Despite the odds, Theo maintains her determination to make a difference by embarking on a daring fundraising task. She broke the news to her Instagram followers: "On Saturday 25th, I'm heading to Aberdeen and abseiling down the King's Tower, all 131 feet of it! ". She went on to express her emotional journey: "I continue to find the mixture of emotions a rollercoaster, and little landmines of fear and upset go off without any warning at times. Behind the scenes, I'm still working on tangible changes for us all and progress continues in Scotland which we could all benefit from."

She concluded with a sobering fact: "Despite 12,000 people being diagnosed every year with a primary brain tumour, survival rates have barely improved in 40 years."
