This was yummy! So, let’s get the technicalities out of the way first. With only one actual component - the loaf itself - I found the ingredient list worked just fine. The steps were clear and didn’t combine more than one component is always nice. As a copy editor, including recipes and cookbooks, I’d still break out those divided ingredients. Too little, and your loaf may end up not rising well - too little salt or old baking powder or soda will leave you with a very flat, dense loaf.
