Dubón is an outgoing sort who doesn't speak in tired sports tropes, so it's no surprise that he doesn't play the game of denial when it comes to his career-best streak. Dubón did way more than just extend a personal streak, though. He played a huge role in the victory that was punctuated by Yordan Alvarez's 405-foot go-ahead home run with Dubón on board in the ninth inning. Dubón reached base four times in five plate appearances and picked up his second three-hit game of the season. Before this year, Dubón had just six three-hit games in his entire career.
