Many asylum seekers who have refused to go to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal were camping out outside a Midtown hotel on Monday night in a standoff with Mayor Eric Adams. AliBaumanTV has the latest.

And here's why: instead of private rooms at the Watson, they are going to sleep in a massive room with hundreds of beds. "The Brooklyn Cruise Terminal is ugly. It's disgusting," one asylum seeker said through a translator.When asked if sleeping in a tent outside in Hell's Kitchen is better than going to the shelter in Brooklyn, one 22-year-old from Venezuela said,"It's not better, but we need to do it because we want a solution."
