Audi give their response to whether they'd be interested in signing Adrian Newey.
CEO Andreas Seidl has waded in on speculation that Audi could make a sensational swoop for Red Bull designer Adrian Newey.
Aston Martin are reportedly interested in Newey but the current Red Bull man would prefer a move to Italy. “That’s why, when filling key positions, we made sure that the relevant employees exemplify this culture. We are also highly attractive to top people from the scene and I am sure that we have the right people at the start.”They have already signedas one of their drivers, while significant work is being done at Audi’s base in Nuremberg.
“The focus is on increasing the number of staff from 600 to 900 as quickly as possible. We already have a highly talented team that we are continuing to strengthen with additional expertise and experience.
