Authorities have released the name and cause of death of a man who was found dead along with a woman under a Northwest Side bridge:
died from a gunshot woundAs of Thursday morning, the office has not identified the woman who was also found dead. However, they said she was 38 years old.
A San Antonio police spokesperson said a passerby found them underneath the bridge in the 5400 block of Evers Road and called authorities around 6:30 p.m. Monday. SAPD said there was evidence the man and woman were living in the drainage ditch under the bridge. Police could not confirm if there is an abundant homeless population in the area, but officers say there are some homeless people who take shelter under bridges.
