Andrew Scott has been tapped to join Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz in Netflix's forthcoming action comedy Back in Action.
Back in Actionfilmmaker Seth Gordon from a screenplay written by Brendan O’Brien. The film will also feature Kyle Chandler and Glenn Close. Further details about the plot and characters are still being kept under wraps.
The film produced by Chernin Entertainment’s Jenno Topping, Peter Chernin, and Sharla Sumpter Bridgett along with Beau Bauman for Good One Productions, and Gordon for Exhibit A. Executive producers are Foxx, Datari Turner, O’Brien and Tim Lewis.marks Diaz’s acting comeback, serving as her first role in nearly a decade after last appearing in the 2014 film adaptation of Broadway musical, which also co-starred Foxx.
