Bay County man uses his business associate's information to obtain $100,000 in loans.
PANAMA CITY, Fla. - A man from Bay County was charged on Wednesday with identity theft after using his business associate’s information.
Deputies say they began the investigation and identified the suspect as 52-year-old David Guynn, who reportedly knew the victim.
