BBC Breakfast's Carol Kirkwood was back on our screens this week and she had an urgent weather warning for viewers as she admitted the forecast was 'unsettled'
BBC Breakfast's resident weather expert Carol Kirkwood issued an urgent warning to viewers during her segment this week. On Monday , Carol provided a meteorological update to presenters Ben Thompson and Sally Nugent.
She continued: "As we go through the week there's going to be heavy rain at times, we'll see some of that today. It's going to be unseasonably windy even with gales, but there still will be some warm sunshine around." Another audience member shared their dismay, stating, "Feeling autumnal. Oh no! " as a different fan pleaded for better weather: "Carol, tell the clouds to go away! ".
