BBC Breakfast host Naga Munchetty was left red-faced as she made an awkward blunder on Thursday morning's show branding herself 'stupid'
Naga Munchetty was quick to acknowledge her error on Thursday's BBC Breakfast, exclaiming to her co-stars: "That sounded so stupid".
With a hedgehog warning sign in plain sight behind Tim, Naga stumbled over her query, asking him: "Is that the sign, Tim?" followed by a warm "Good Morning to you," before hastily addressing her error. On-screen slip-ups seem to be familiar for Naga, having experienced another hiccup only a week prior which caused an interruption in the show due to several technical difficulties, reports the Express.
Looking directly into the camera, Naga began: "In the last 24 hours, the BBC has been exploring the challenges that come with being a farmer through a campaign called Farm Watch set up to enlighten and educate the public on what farming life truly entails, take a look."
