BBC Strictly Come Dancing is returning to our screens tonight with week one of the competition
The celebrities are partnered up and the glitter has been applied which can only mean one thing - BBC Strictly Come Dancing returns to our screens tonight.
Tonight, the 15 new Strictly couples will perform together for the first time and for judges' comments and scores for the first time too. However, they won't receive votes from fans at home just yet, the Manchester Evening News reports. Viewers will be able to partake when the lines open in week two next Saturday and the first elimination of the series will air the night after . All the action tonight will kick off at 7pm on BBC One, but there will be no results show this weekend.
