Households in Belfast to face rates increase of 7.99% in 2023-24 after belfastcc ratifies new rate
Belfast City Council has agreed to increase household rates by 7.99%The Alliance Party failed to gain support for a proposal aimed at reducing the increase to 7.71%.
"We don't feel that in a cost-of-living crisis that was something we could justify to rate payers.
