Christopher Morrow released ahead of sentencing next month
A east Belfast man appeared in court today where he admitted blackmailing a total of 16 women for sexual images and photographs.
In addition, Morrow was charged with - and admitted - possessing an extreme pornographic image on April 10, 2023. Following the arraignment, prosecuting barrister Bobbie-Leigh Herdman told Judge Sandra Crawford the pleas were “acceptable to the Crown”. Judge Crawford then asked defence barrister Charles MacCreanor KC and if he was seeking a pre-sentence report, which was confirmed.
