A Belfast woman has been without personal items since before Christmas after her luggage was lost as she travelled home

Speaking to Belfast Live, she said she has been in contact with the airline, KLM, but has not been successful in getting further information on the whereabouts of her case."We were coming from Dammam right through to Dublin, so went from Dammam, to Dubai, Amsterdam and then Dublin. When we got to Dubai Airport there was a considerable delay.
"I arrived back in Saudi on December 31, without my case - this is not acceptable. I have had to replace everything. I have no idea where my case is, whether it is in Amsterdam or Dublin."
