Ben Shephard is loved by TV viewers in his new role as presenter of This Morning alongside Cat Deeley.
But on his 47th birthday in December 2021, Ben shared a heartwarming photo of him walking with his sons two teenage sons. The TV presenter looked dapper in a blazer and grey scarf as he wrapped his arms around his sons while they strolled through London. Back in the summer of 2021, Ben had to undergo surgery after he ended up rupturing his ACL and tearing the meniscus in his knee.
